Dr. Joyce C. K. Komen has been appointed to the position of Director at the Directorate of Information, Communication & Technology - Moi University after the interviews conducted by Council Appointments & Promotions Board held in October, 2022. Before her appointment as the substantive Director of the Directorate of ICT, Dr. Joyce Komen held the position on an acting capacity, where she oversaw the implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) at Moi University.
